Mr. Smith is responsible for the contract oversight of the Division of TennCare’s three contracted managed care organizations. He also serves as a board member for the National Alliance for Medicaid in Education; teaches social welfare policy as an adjunct faculty; and serves as a member of Middle Tennessee State University’s Social Work Advisory Board.
