Ms. Mina (she/her) is a lifelong Alaskan, community advocate, and second-generation Filipino-American with a background in Alaska campaigns, government, and health policy. She has worked as a nonprofit communications professional supporting community health centers, and as a political aide for elected officials in the Anchorage Assembly and the Alaska Legislature. Most recently, Ms. Mina carried Alaska State House Representative Ivy Spohnholz’s successful bipartisan telehealth reform bill. She is currently running for the Alaska Legislature for State House District 19, which champions the most diverse neighborhoods and public schools in the nation.
