Mr. Randolph works with cross-sector community groups called County Health Councils to implement community-informed projects and policies for the next generation of public health infrastructure in the Southeast. His office is working with local and regional colleagues to build statewide support for broad, inclusive community engagement, equitable local capacity building, strategic performance improvements, and bringing a trauma-informed, evidence-based lens to policymaking at all levels.
