Interim Commissioner Stolt coordinates the strategic planning process across the agency, including the priorities for each programmatic division within North Dakota Health and Human Services (HHS). She and her team facilitate key projects, bringing change management and process improvement to all major HHS efforts. Ms. Stolt also oversees the day-to-day operations of the agency and supports key decision-making.
