Dr. Siegenthaler has a PhD in Epidemiology and over 20 years of experience at the NYS Department of Health. She is currently the Director of the Division of Family Health, with a staff of 200 and a portfolio of $300M in funding for public health programs that support people from birth through reproductive age. The Division prioritizes community engagement and empowerment, health equity, and addressing systems issues that have led to inequities in investments and funding.
