Khalil Hassam, Director of the DC Primary Care Office, Community Health Administration, at DC Health, works to advance health equity by improving access to primary care in the District. In his role in the health department, Khalil is focused on lifting up residents’ voices in public health and designing programs and policies around patients’ experiences. He is especially focused on the collection and meaningful distribution of data for health care improvement. Khalil brings more than a decade of health care administration and nationally recognized quality improvement expertise and passion to his work.
