State Senator, Minnesota
Senator Liz Boldon was elected to represent District 25 (Rochester) in the Minnesota State Senate in 2022. She serves as an Assistant Majority Leader and Vice Chair of the Housing and Homelessness Prevention Committee. She is also Co-Chair of the Inclusive Democracy Caucus, the Minnesota Health Plan Caucus, and the Minnesota Values Project. Prior to being elected state senator, she served one term (two years) in the Minnesota House of Representatives. Liz has been a registered nurse since 2002 and is a mother of three. Her policy work is largely centered around health care, democracy, housing and childcare/early learning. Liz’s background as a community organizer and her strong focus on Minnesotan’s shared values drive her work to build just and inclusive communities where everyone can thrive.
