State Representative, Missouri
Representative Melanie Stinnett, a Republican, represents Greene County (District 133) in the Missouri House of Representatives. She was elected to her first two-year term in November 2022. In addition to her legislative duties, Stinnett is a health care executive and speech-language pathologist. While the majority of her career has been spent as a small business owner, she recently transitioned to working in the non-profit sector. She holds three degrees from Missouri State University: a bachelor’s in communication sciences and disorders, a master’s in speech-language pathology, and a master’s in healthcare administration.
