Allison Leof, PhD, is a Senior Policy Analyst at the Center for Evidence-based Policy at Oregon Health & Science University. She prepares evidence and policy reports for state Medicaid administrators as part of the Medicaid Evidence-based Decisions Project and is the lead researcher on the CLOUD initiative. Prior to taking on the CLOUD project, Dr. Leof managed the Bureau of Justice Assistance grant for Project T.E.A.M. which helped tribal governments and their local, state and federal partners establish joint-jurisdiction healing to wellness courts.
