Annie Cloke, MPA, is director of public partnerships at IMPaCT Care, where she works with state Medicaid agencies, providers, plans, and community-based organizations to improve health equity by strengthening and expanding access to the community health worker workforce. Before joining IMPaCT, Annie spent over 10 years as a health policy consultant focused on access and coverage to care and value-based care. Most recently, she was vice president at CapView Strategies, serving as an expert on Medicaid, state policy, and health care transformation. Annie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Georgetown University in Sociology with a concentration in Social Justice and a Master of Public Administration in Health Policy and Management from New York University. She currently serves on the board of Service Program for Older People, which provides behavioral health care and related services to adults ages 55 and older in New York City.
