Erika M. Rogan, MSc, is a PhD candidate in Health Policy and Management at Yale University. Her dissertation research focuses on how states leverage social services to improve the health of populations, particularly older adults. Ms. Rogan is supported by an Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality predoctoral training grant (Grant no. T32HS017589). Previously, as a health care consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton, she conducted program evaluations for numerous government agencies including the Food and Drug Administration, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, and the Department of Defense. Ms. Rogan holds a BS in Health Studies from Georgetown University and a joint MSc in Health Policy, Planning, and Financing from the London School of Economics and the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine.
