Erin Weir Lakhmani has served as a health researcher at Mathematica since December 2017. She specializes in conducting qualitative research and providing technical assistance to states on integrated care models for dually eligible beneficiaries, Medicaid managed care, and long-term services and supports. She also teaches health policy and aging to master’s degree students in the University of Chicago’s School of Social Service Administration. Her past work includes serving as the director of community engagement for Molina Healthcare of Illinois and the manager of health care access at AgeOptions, an area agency on aging in suburban Chicago. She holds a master’s degree in social work from the University of Michigan and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Xavier University. October 2019
