Judy Zerzan-Thul, MD, MPH, is the chief medical officer at Washington State Health Care Authority, co-chair of the LAN Care Transformation Executive Forum, and a general internal medicine physician. Judy helps administer the state’s Medicaid program and Employee and Retiree Benefit program and works to promote the innovative use of data, drive equitable health outcomes, and lower the total cost of care. Judy holds a Doctor of Medicine from Oregon Health and Science University and a Master of Public Health in Health Policy and Administration from the University of North Carolina. Judy completed a Robert Wood Johnson Clinical Scholars Fellowship at the University of Washington/VA Puget Sound Health Care System.
