Kathleen Noonan is the president and chief executive officer of the Camden Coalition, a nonprofit health care innovator that recently launched the National Center for Complex Health and Social Needs. In 2008, Ms. Noonan co-founded the PolicyLab at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia to connect clinical research with real-world health policy priorities. She earned a BS in psychology from Barnard College and a JD from Northeastern University.
