Kendal Orgera is a senior data analyst with the Kaiser Family Foundation’s (KFF) Program on Medicaid and the Uninsured and State Health Facts, where she develops and carries out quantitative analyses related to Medicaid policy, health reform, and coverage for the low-income population, as well as estimates of the effects of proposed changes to Medicaid and health coverage programs for low-income individuals. She performs analyses using many national surveys, including the American Community Survey, the National Health Interview Survey, and the Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System. Ms. Orgera also worked for KFF’s Program on Medicare Policy. Prior to joining KFF, she received a master’s in public policy from the University of Minnesota’s Humphrey School of Public Affairs and a master’s in public health from the University of Minnesota’s School of Public Health. Ms. Orgera also holds a BA and BS in anthropology and advertising, respectively, from the University of Florida. July 2020
