Kristof Stremikis is the senior manager for policy at the Pacific Business Group on Health. Previously, he served as senior researcher to the president at the Commonwealth Fund, where he published widely on a number of issues, including the concept of “value” in the health care sector, market dynamics in commercial health insurance, and strategies for managing costs and improving care for chronically ill patients. Mr. Stremikis holds undergraduate degrees in economics, political science, and history from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He received a master’s degree in public policy from the University of California, Berkeley, and a master’s degree in health care management from Columbia University. February 2015
