Lisa Sementilli has worked in health care policy, workforce development, and trauma-informed social services in Connecticut and Washington, DC. Her passion is with program and outcome evaluations along with stakeholder engagement. She serves as a Lead Planning Analyst at the CT Office of Health Strategy.
Prior to her tenure at OHS, Lisa worked for the Connecticut General Assembly, as Deputy Director for the Connecticut Coalition to End Homelessness and with the Department of Social Services to enhance and expand the HUSKY program.
A first generation American, Lisa is an avid consumer of strategic communications: where storytelling, design and cognitive science meet. She earned a master’s degree in Public Policy from the George Washington University and is a master gardener, zumba dancer, yogi, and aspiring poet.
