Robert P. Pack is associate dean for academic affairs and professor of community and behavioral health at East Tennessee State University (ETSU) College of Public Health. Pack is executive director of the ETSU Addiction Science Center and co-director of the Opioids Research Consortium of Central Appalachia. He chaired the Association of Schools & Programs of Public Health Task Force on Public Health Initiatives to Address the Opioid Crisis. He holds a PhD in health education and health promotion from the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Public Health.
