Ruby O’Connor is a research and administration officer with Better Governance and Policy at Monash University in Melbourne, Australia. She graduated with a Master of Arts with Distinction from Otago University, Dunedin, New Zealand. Ms. O’Connor was awarded the Department of Politics prize for best Master of Arts thesis in her year. She has previously worked as a teaching fellow for Otago University and in various roles in the New Zealand public sector. Recent publications have appeared in Policy Design and Practice and the Australian Journal of Public Administration.
