Topics from the Fall 2015 Reforming States Group Meetings

The following topics were the subject of presentations at the fall 2015 Reforming States Group meetings:

• Aging in America presentations on long-term care, aging and technology, and age-friendly communities
• Long-Acting Reversible Contraception: The Story of Colorado presentation by the Colorado Health Institute
• Evidence policy workshop on interventions to reduce emergency room use by the Center for Evidence-based Policy
• Other presentations included Idaho’s hospital-provider consolidation experiences, Minnesota’s innovative Medicaid payment reforms, and advanced care planning.
