Catrina Lucero is the Deputy Chief Financial Officer for the Washington State Health Care Authority where she provides oversight of the agency’s financial operations, including external relations, quality assurance, and staff development. Prior to joining the Health Care Authority, Catrina worked as a non-partisan senior fiscal analyst for the Washington State House of Representatives providing staff support to the Appropriations committee for health care related issues. She has also worked as an international program evaluator and project manager for a consulting firm in Seattle and Boston conducting program evaluations, workshops and trainings in South East Asia, East Africa and Latin America. During her graduate studies, Catrina worked at the University of Washington’s Marc Lindenberg Center and the Center for Social Enterprise and 3rd Sector Administration in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
Catrina has a Bachelors in Political Science and a Masters in Public Administration with a Certificate in International Development and Policy Management all from the University of Washington.
