Dr. Cogle is a physician, professor, and chief medical officer at the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration, the lead health policy organization for the State of Florida. Dr. Cogle is also a grant-funded professor at the University of Florida, where he directs the Florida Health Policy Leadership Academy in the Bob Graham Center for Public Service.
