In 2011, Mr. Ward began his public service career with the Oklahoma Health Care Authority as a research analyst and now directs the Long-Term Services and Supports unit that administers six 1915(c) Home and Community Based Waiver Programs, State Plan Personal Care, and the Money Follows the Person program (Oklahoma’s Living Choice).
