Eileen Ng is the Policy Director of the Alameda County Health Care Services Agency, which includes the Departments of Behavioral Health, Environmental Health, Public Health, and the Office of the Agency Director. The Agency has an annual budget of $1 billion and more than 1,500 employees.
Eileen joined the Health Care Services Agency in June 2017. She came to the Agency from Alameda County Supervisor Nate Miley’s office, where she spent 6 years working on health, social services, land use and transportation policy.
Eileen earned her Bachelor’s degree in psychology and political science from the University of California, Davis and a Masters of Public Administration from the California State University, East Bay.
