Ms. Carmicheal’s role focuses on the elimination of population level health disparities by aligning and channeling strategic resources on communities with the highest levels of need. Her experience includes nearly a decade of service at the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services, where she worked on poverty reduction and workforce development policy and programs, as well as on health equity initiatives.
