Jessica Perez-Rossello is a Deputy Chief Operations Officer at the MassHealth Department of the Massachusetts Executive Office of Health and Human Services. She has over 25 years of experience in project management, large scale systems integration, and business process improvement, working under tight budgets and timelines while building trusting relationships with staff, colleagues, and vendors. Twenty of those years have been in the government sector either as a consultant or an employee specializing in education and health and human services.
For the last 10 years, Ms. Perez-Rossello has been working with MassHealth on the implementation of the Health Insurance Exchange system to meet Medicaid/Chip eligibility. She has overseen the MassHealth Enrollment Centers, staffed by over 500 employees who interface with program participants and process their information pursuant to regulatory requirements.
Previously, Ms. Perez-Rossello was the Chief Information Officer for the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education. In that role, she was responsible for providing the vision, leadership, and management for the Department’s use of information services and technology to fulfill its policy mandates under the Education Reform Act, the Federal No Child Left Behind Act and other Commonwealth and Federal statutes and requirements.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Master’s in Business Administration from Bentley University. She currently resides with her family in Canton MA.
