Policy Director, Office of Payment & Care Delivery Innovation, MassHealth
Ms. Farlow is the director of policy for the Office of Payment and Care Delivery Innovation at MassHealth, Massachusetts’ Medicaid and CHIP program. She leads policy development and contracting for MassHealth’s Accountable Care Organizations and Managed Care Organizations, which collectively serve 1.5 million members. Ms. Farlow also leads policy and implementation for MassHealth’s primary care reform initiatives and 1115 demonstration, as well as its accountable care organization care coordination initiatives and evaluation. Prior to joining MassHealth, she worked in policy and government affairs for community health centers.
