Mr. Moore’s responsibilities include assisting with the attorney general in efforts to increase affordability and accessibility in health care by promoting competition; advising the attorney general on health care policy; and representing the state’s and attorney general’s interests in health care litigation. Before joining the Attorney General’s Office, he clerked for two federal judges.
