The Multi-State Collaborative’s January webinar focused on “Scope and Charter.” A well-functioning multi-payer or multi-stakeholder workgroup needs to establish its own set of governing documents. A charter that identifies scope of work and activities is a useful tool to develop in the first couple of meetings, as it gets participants talking about expectations and scenarios right away.
During the webinar, program implementation leaders from several regions shared their experiences:
Colorado Multi-Payer Collaborative Samantha Slaughter-Mason Project Lead Center for Evidence Based Policy
Randy Evans Project Manager Center for Evidence Based Policy
The CPC+ Montana Workgroup Edith Coakley Stowe Senior Manager Manatt Health Solutions
Scope and Charter: New York Multi-Stakeholder Collaboratives Susan Stuard President Lake Fleet Consulting
